Mainly single bedroom design. Intending residents are to pay an entry premium, the amount to be determined, from time to time, by the Board.
Mainly two bedroom design. Incoming residents are to meet the cost of the unit, as fixed by the Board.
Part of this cost will be a donation to be kept by the village, and the balance to be an interest free loan. A levy will be charged per year or part thereof on a pro-rata basis against the loan. The balance of the loan will be repayable to the resident or estate upon reallocation of the unit.
