Anyone desiring to live at Warrawee Lodge should make written application on the appropriate form, available from the Warrawee Lodge office. All applications will be considered by the Board, and if approved, will be placed on the waiting list.
The Board policy is to give preference to those with local Waikerie district links, or who are in urgent need.
There is no obligation on an applicant to accept an independent living unit, should Warrawee Lodge be able to offer one. The application can remain on file until such time as an appropriate unit becomes available or the applicant removes their name from the file.
Applicants are at liberty to withdraw their application at any time, by notification to the Warrawee Lodge office staff.
Applicants are to be at least 55 years of age and in a reasonable state of health. In the case of a couple, one must be over 55 years of age.
