Warrawee Lodge (Waikerie) aims to provide a high standard of accommodation for residents by a Board of Management and staff who are continually striving for excellence.

Warrawee Lodge (Waikerie) endorses the following values as essential to our service delivery:-

• Fulfillment of the legislation as set down by the state and local government, the requirements for accreditation as set down by the Retirement Villages Association and the rules and regulations of Warrawee Lodge (Waikerie).
• Treatment of residents and representatives with dignity and respect.
• Ensure our responsibilities are met.
• Opportunity for staff to continuously access knowledge, skills, expertise and resources which contribute towards a standard of excellence.
• Maintenance and improvement of the grounds and buildings.
• Monitoring all aspects of the service offered by Warrawee Lodge (Waikerie) with a view to continually seeking ways to maintain resident satisfaction.
