• Fulfillment of the standards and objectives as set down by the federal government and then by Karingal
• Treatment of residents and their representatives as we would wish to be treated ourselves.
• Opportunity for staff to continuously access knowledge, skills, expertise and resources which contribute towards a standard of excellence.
• Liaison with the resident, the representatives and relevant external professionals to offer services as required.
• Maintenance and improvement of the building, internally and externally, according to government regulations.
• Monitoring all aspects of the service offered by Karingal with a view to continually seeking ways to increase resident satisfaction.
