Karingal is committed to the provision of quality care and pursuing continuous improvement. All aged care facilities are required to meet accreditation aged care standards which have been developed by the Commonwealth Government. Periodically the standards of Karingal are monitored by government representatives requiring access to resident records. These representatives may also wish to talk to you about your care.
Karingal is accredited through the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency and is audited twice annually to ensure compliance with standards.
