Houses above $100,000 = Entry Donation of 30%
Houses below $100,000 = Entry Donation of 50%
Houses above $200,000 = Entry Donation of 25%

 

Example 1:

$85,000           Licence to Occupy

Entry Donation : 50%
Entry Donation : $85,000 x 50% = $42,500.
End of 3 months :

$10,625 ($42,500 x 25%)

End of 1st year : $10,625 ($42,500 x 25%)
End of 2nd year :

$10,625 ($42,500 x 25%)

End of 3rd year :

$10,625 ($42,500 x 25%)

Plus a non-refundable $500 for Administration costs.

Then each year from Entry 1% of the depreciation loan amount($42,500)will be deducted ($425.00 per year) starts after one year of residence. 

 

Example 2:

$140,000         Licence to Occupy

Entry Donation : 30%
Entry Donation : $140,000 x 30% = $42,000.
End of 3 months :

$10,500 ($42,000 x 25%)

End of 1st year : $10,500 ($42,000 x 25%)
End of 2nd year :

$10,500 ($42,000 x 25%)

End of 3rd year :

$10,500 ($42,000 x 25%)

Plus a non-refundable $500 for Administration costs.

Then each year from Entry 1% of the depreciation loan amount ($42,000) will be deducted ($910.00 per year) starts after one year of residence.

Maintenance Fee (Currently $200) per fortnight is to cover council rates, water rates, emergency service levy, gardening and maintenance of the unit.
